Bollinger Rosé Champagne Non-Vintage 75cl is a refined and expressive rosé crafted in the unmistakable Bollinger style. Over six years in development, this cuvée is built upon the iconic Special Cuvée blend, enriched with reserve wines from the House’s historic cellars in Aÿ.

The signature rosé character is achieved through the addition of 5–6% still red wine made exclusively from Bollinger’s prestigious Grand Cru vineyards in Côte d’Aÿ and Verzenay. This meticulous approach brings a delicate pink hue, aromas of ripe red berries, and a velvety, structured finish.
